HARTEX On Tour: England’s 9th Tier
A couple weeks ago we went to watch 9th Tier English Football.
Forget the premier league, forget the football league. We went to watch some real football. Non league.
Sporting Bengal, hosting the mighty White Ensign @ Mile End Stadium.
We counted about 24 fans in total. It was only a lady godiva to get in, yes, £5.
Throughout the most part of the game you could just hear a car alarm going off & Sporting Bengal’s manager swearing his head off. Loved it.
No popcorn buckets & pizzas like the not too distant Emirates & London Stadium. There was just a singular vending machine.
I wasn’t even bothered about the game but it finished 3-2, bit of a thriller.
For two people who find crowded events sometimes a sensory hell, this was a chill Saturday of watching ball and having a laugh. Highly recommend.
